Description
Produced from 45-year-old vines rooted in loess soils, this wine showcases meticulous care and a steadfast dedication to biodynamic principles. The grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed for over 12 hours and then aged for 18 months in wooden barrels under flor. Only 30 ppm of sulfur was added, and this wine is bottled without fining or filtering.
