Sourced from Les Dames Huguettes, a vineyard in the commune of Nuits-Saint-Georges, this cuvée honors Yann’s grandfather, a pioneering winegrower of the Les Dames Huguettes vineyards. The wine is aged for 24 months in barrels, including some new oak. It is bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfites.
