Description
The Brunnenhauschen site is situated east of Morstein and due to its altitude, the grapes ripen slower here which allows for a very long growing season. The soil is composed of limestone and clayish marl, which features reddish patches due to its high iron content. The wine is lightly pressed, delicately handled via gravity flow and matures in neutral barrels. Presenting beautifully at the moment, with the potential to evolve into something truly extraordinary in the years ahead.
