Description
The Sandri vines used for the Barolo were planted in 1937, a total of 3700 vines – this is not a lot. A blend of 20% Michet and 80% Lampia clones, mostly facing south. Fermented in stainless steel with the cap submerged for 3-4 weeks, then aged around 7 years in slavonian botti.
