This wine is aged to perfection. There is a very profound bright acidity and some almost-saline texture on the palate. Tons of complexity, showing Asian pear, lemon, ginger, honey, and some fresh tropical fruit. If you like white wines with a bit of age, and great texture, this is the absolute pinnacle.
