Description
The Côtes du Rhône Blanc is a blend of 87% Grenache Blanc, 8% Clairette, and 5% Marsanne, from a cooler site just 30 km north of Châteauneuf, near Bollène. Vines are grown in gravel, red galet stone, and sandy soils. The wine undergoes fermentation in old oak casks for three months, followed by 11 months of aging in stainless steel.
