Description
Located in the lieu-dit parcel of Puligny, Les Enseigneres lies a mere 5 meters below the esteemed Bienvenue-Batard-Montrachet grand cru. The earliest vines were planted back in 1930 and the soils are made up of clay and limestone. The winemaking process is traditional, involving extended lees contact and aging in barrels for 15-22 months.
