Description
Laid down in a single refill sherry puncheon in 1991, this Single Malt from Glencadam was allowed to mature for 28 years. Bottled in 2020, only 290 bottles were produced in this outrun. Nose: Sweet sherry, fresh ginger and milk chocolate. Palate: Toasted almonds, baked apples and black pepper. Finish: A medium-bodied finish with lingering spice and cocoa powder.
