TASTE & AROMA
This vintage expresses clear notes of lime and yuzu, accompanied by floral aromas reminiscent of honeysuckle. It also reveals fruity nuances of pear, apple, and white peach, enriched with subtle touches of almond and fig. On the palate, the first impression reveals a beautiful balance between finesse and vivacity, dominated by citrus notes and a saline touch. Spices follow, with nuances of ginger and licorice while pastry aromas subtly enrich the bouquet, giving the cuvee all its depth.
